All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Digital products are delivered via secure email link through SendOwl.
Physical editions are dispatched within the stated release windows.
Colours and finishes shown online may vary slightly from final print.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We may change product prices or shipping rates at any time before checkout is completed.
5. Pre-Orders
Placing a pre-order reserves your copy from our first print run.
Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays.
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a full refund.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping windows are displayed on each product page.
Customers collecting at Liverpool Comic Con (15–16 Nov 2025) must present order confirmation upon pickup.

7. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund & Pre-Order Policy forms part of these Terms.
Pre-orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped or collected, items are non-refundable except for damage or defect.
Digital products are non-refundable once download links are issued.

All content on this website—including text, imagery, logos, and designs—is the property of The MAUD Saga Ltd. or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
