The first 1,000 eBooks were pledged to support Alder Hey Children’s Charity, and thanks to reader purchases and the generosity of key partners, the full milestone was achieved on 13 November 2025 — even before the Liverpool Comic Con event.

£5,990 (100% of the proceeds) has already been donated directly to Alder Hey, funding vital care, research, and support for young patients and their families.
