Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. General Information
All orders are processed and fulfilled by The MAUD Saga Ltd. through our official store https://themaudsaga.com.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
International orders are not yet available.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once those items are ready for dispatch.
If you order multiple items together, all products will ship in a single parcel once every item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
This approach helps reduce environmental impact and packaging waste.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following UK delivery options:

Note: When multiple books are ordered, they are shipped together in a single box.
Shopify automatically applies the correct shipping rate based on total parcel weight.
If a parcel exceeds our standard weight, the higher tier rate ensures secure and trackable delivery.
3. Release & Delivery Windows

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier service and regional conditions.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
For Comic Con pickups, you’ll receive a separate email once your order is ready for collection.
5. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 10 working days after the end of your delivery window, contact contact@themaudsaga.com.
We will liaise with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Combined Orders
Orders containing multiple books are shipped together in one parcel whenever possible.
This may increase our internal postage cost, but customers will always be charged only once for shipping.
If a combined order qualifies for a heavier shipping bracket, Shopify automatically adjusts the rate at checkout to ensure proper handling and tracking.
7. Address Changes
Please double-check your address before placing an order.
If you need to amend your delivery details, contact us immediately at contact@themaudsaga.com.
We can only change addresses before dispatch; once a parcel is shipped, it cannot be rerouted.
